This Privacy Policy explains how anuis258 ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the Chat Exporter browser extensions and this website (the "Service"). We are committed to keeping your data private and processing as little of it as possible.

1. Our Privacy Principle

Chat Exporter is built to be privacy-first. The core export functionality runs locally in your browser. We do not send the content of your AI conversations to our servers, and we do not sell your personal data to anyone.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

• The text, prompts, or content of your AI conversations.
• The documents, PDFs, or files you export.
• Your AI platform accounts or login credentials.

When you export to Word, PDF, or Markdown, everything happens on your device. The data never leaves your browser through us.

3. Information We Do Process

• Purchase information: When you buy a paid plan, our Merchant of Record Paddle or Lemon Squeezy collects and processes your name, email, billing details, and payment information to complete the transaction. We receive only the information needed to provision your license (such as your email and order status). We never see or store your full card details.
• License / account email: Used to validate your subscription and unlock paid features in the extension.
• Optional integrations: If you choose to export to Google Docs or Notion, you authorize the extension via OAuth to write the document into your own account. We use these permissions only to create the export you requested and do not read your existing files.
• Basic website analytics: We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (such as page views) to improve the website. This does not identify you personally.

4. How We Use Information

We use the limited information above only to: process payments and provision licenses, provide and support the Service, communicate with you about your purchase or support requests, and comply with legal obligations.

5. Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of trusted providers, each with their own privacy policy:

• Paddle or Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and Merchant of Record.
• Google and Notion — only if you choose those export destinations (via your own authorization).

6. Data Retention

Purchase and license records are retained for as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. You may request deletion of your personal data as described below.

7. Your Rights
